David Beale says:

I represent individuals, companies and local governments in lawsuits and appeals across Texas, in just about every kind of civil lawsuit — large and small.

Occasionally, my law practice takes me to other states and foreign countries. In 1988 and 1989, while eastern European countries were breaking away from the Soviet Union to form their own democratic governments, I represented (with other lawyers) an eastern European bank in a $100 million lawsuit in federal court in the United States. Several months spent in that country allowed me to witness first-hand the fall of communism. It was an exciting time!

I believe that my life experience and my legal experience have prepared me to be useful to you in any dispute.

I believe that a lawyer should work capably and aggressively, but professionally and with the highest ethics toward the court, the lawyer’s client and the opponent.
